Knysna offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Please bear in mind that when making a booking, this only guarantees you a table for 2 hours and does not guarantee that there won’t be wait times on food coming out of the kitchen. We don’t have "set sitting times" and therefore cannot predict what walks through our door at any given time. We also don’t have any guarantees that bookings that have been made, will show up and therefore cannot refuse walk in's if we have space available for them to be seated. Your table will be held for 30 min after the agreed booking time, after which it will be reallocated to other patrons. Please confirm numbers with us 24 Hours prior to your booking. By making a booking with us, you: accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
